I have a RoG G703GX laptop and use it in conjunction with a Sparta mouse, Strix keyboard, Balteus QI mousepad and Arion SSD enclosure. I have several issues:-

1) My G703GX does not appear as a device in Aura Creator. It does appear in Armoury Crate, but cannot use Aura.
2) My Sparta mouse will not update.

All other devices work fine.

Everything was working perfectly before the 5.1.5.0. update.

I am having issues with Armoury Crate on my Strix laptop. First it was not working at all. It did nothing so I uninstalled it and now I can't re-install it. I downloaded the full installer and there is no choice for a laptop on there. There is a link on your site that I followed first to download the installer and it comes back 404 so your site is also a problem.

So sonic studio does not work, and not appear in my armoury crate anymore, when i open sonic studio sometimes it just pops out, and most of the times i have the following error, like in the attachement. I read some old thred's but nothing seems to fix the issue. The difference between sonic stuio on and off is big....

Sonic Studio is built into Armoury Crate now.

Armoury Crate fails to show Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR5 memory.

To ensure that Armoury Crate was perfectly installed, this morning I wiped my hard drive and did a complete fresh install of Windows 11. I installed Corsair iCUE and the Corsair plugin for Armoury Crate. I started up iCUE.

Next, I installed the latest version of Armoury Crate.

I am getting Windows 11 notifications that Armoury Crate has detected new Corsair memory. However, when I go to Device\ROG Maximus Z690 Formula\ Addressable Headers and click Rescan, the memory does not show up. I've repeated this multiple times, have rebooted my system - nothing changes. I also went to the system tray and shutdown iCUE. Even with iCUE not running, Armoury Crate cannot detect the Corsair memory when Rescan is used.

I am creating a report using the online tool and will reference this post number.

After making this post I went into the bios and set "SPD_WRITE disable" to false. After rebooting, Armoury Crate still doesn't show the Corsair RAM, but it now does show up in iCUE. I'm finally able to control my RAM RBG in iCUE. Armoury Crate isn't working as intended since the RAM doesn't show up... but at least I can control the RAM RGB.

After double-checking, your memory modules are Aura Sync compatible.
Make sure you have installed the Corsair RGB Memory Plugin.
Steps:
1. Go to the Corsair website (https://www.corsair.com/us/en/downloads)
2. Select Corsair iCUE in the “Select Category� drop-down pane
3. Download CORSAIR iCUE and CORSAIR RGB MEMORY PLUGIN FOR ASUS AURA SYNC

Armoury Crate v5.1.5.0: the update does not work. Attempt to apply the upgrade but then return to the same screen and still request the upgrade. I have the same problem even if I try to update individual components.

Aura Wallpaper does not install as it requires updates.

morning All
since the update i am having issue with ASUS FRAMEWORK SERVICE -AIO PLUGIN VERSION 1.0.6
it says this is required for the motherboard maximus extreme xll and rynjin 2 it installs this software with no isuue as AC give the date of the install but then with you click on the tab for either of these hardware it say check for update and there again its back to be installed so at the moment i cannot use these until this software is installed correctly
