Latest update of Armoury Crate broke the control of Crucial Ballistix RGB ram. Tried on both my systems which are on Windows 11 (worked fine until AC update). Crosshair VIII (WiFi) and Maximus XI Formula. Same uncontrollable issue on both. RGB on motherboard rainbow on shutdown. If you restart (not shutdown) several times, it will randomly work fine until a restart or shutdown.

Please someone tell me why this program doesn't even open even after formating windows 10

Latest Bios/drivers/Visual C++ Libraries / Everything is up to date.

Asus B550i. Its been like this for a year++.

I've only had problems since the last windows 11 update. Program has become very slow.
Negative reports are piling up in other forums.
I hope it has nothing to do with the fact that Microsoft has discontinued support for NET Framework 4.5.2, 4.6 and 4.6.1.

Wanted to report the issue, where Armory Crate causing the PC not to reboot, or shutdown as stated in following threads:

Monitor turns off, but the whole PC is still active and running.
By removing the Software, everything works fine again.

I hope it gets fixed soon, since i'm only using the software for the GPU Led and nothing else. It's annoying unfortunately.
Wish there was a little tool just for GPU LED.

Where should I provide the log file? I'm not able to upload it here, since it exceeds the allowed size.
Do I have to do the online form?

Also when I change the LogE file to txt, the text look like it is Chinese and Arabic etc. I'm not sure if this is intended but i'm not able to read or understand anything.

And this is my current version which I installed again to create the log file and recreate the issue. Issue still there and I have no idea what causes this. As I stated, the issue is gone when I uninstall Armory Crate.

Lack of GPU FAN control is very bad on the G713QR while gaming the GPU is at 86° now 😧
Please fix this asap, I cannot game this hot.

We will take a look at your case, but 86 degrees is not of great concern considering your specs. Need to take fan noise into consideration. Some will complain that the fans spin too fast, it's too noisy. Other complain it's too hot when fans speed turned down.

Do you have adequate air circulation around the laptop? Place on hard surfaces, avoid confined spaces, and be aware of ambient temps (use fans or aircon if needed, depends on regional climate). Never place on soft surfaces such as beds or the sofa when gaming, some vents could be blocked, suffocating it. This applies for all gaming laptops with high-performance GPUs.

86 degrees is thermal throttle degrees for nvidia. It is indeed bad. He and I are complaining of lack of manual fan control which would fix the issue. Now please pass the problem to the developers.
