Replicate the issue you are having (reboot if necessary - the log tool will keep running)

Also when I change the LogE file to txt, the text look like it is Chinese and Arabic etc. I'm not sure if this is intended but i'm not able to read or understand anything.

And this is my current version which I installed again to create the log file and recreate the issue. Issue still there and I have no idea what causes this. As I stated, the issue is gone when I uninstall Armory Crate.

Since the update I get a folder called plc_debug

and a

plc_debug.log file

created on every boot cycle. This has only happened since the recent update.

Did a complete clean up of Armoury Crate and AI Suite 3

AI Suite 3 installs fine alone and boots with no folder. As soon as Armoury Crate is installed the debug floer/file is created.
Is this just a bug in the current version?

I solved my problem, which is very strange.
According to the Windows Event Viewer, the ASUSCertService exe file was no longer available for me. Which was true. It was simply deleted. I just didn't delete anything. Only the updates that come from this program are installed or updated.

In the end the file was C:\Program Files\ASUS\ARMOURY CRATE Lite Service\MB_Home.
I copied the file to where it was supposed to be C:\Program Files (x86)\ASUS\ASUSCertService and everything worked fine again.

After few months i decide to update my AC ( cuz last time i had some BSOD issues and not keeping it up to date all the time)
So i encounter error 1603 when im trying to update Aura services to 3.05.40 .Everything else is up to date , and i have no issues with AC.
My windows is 21h2 up to date.
If anyone have some suggestion without reinstalling OS or AC multiple times ,ill be very glad to here it.
As i already said i have no Issue with AC and not in a super need to update that service,so i wont spend hours of reinstalling this app as i already did in the past.

ROG Laptop GL704GW, when updating Crate, the Aura Kit does not update, you click install and seconds later it shows as not updated, so now, neither Aura or Crate recognize any of my laptop lighting zones, and I cannot change any settings or create custom sets... have uninstalled using the tool, tried reinstalling like 10 times, and the Aura Kit & HAL package do not get installed.

Have searched the thread, reddit and everywhere else, and there is no solution but waiting for Asus to fix it.
Every time an Armoury Crate update shows up, something like this happens

It's been almost 1-2 weeks, whenever I try to update HAL for my GL504GV, it starts the update but then it fails for some unknown reason and I have the option to install it again. I don't get any messages of why the installation fails. Can someone help?

I was about to report the same thing. On a G713QR last night the computer was too hot. Im not sure if was the bios update or Armoury Crate.

I submited a Form for my other problem that Aura Creator doesnt recognize any device (the laptop keyboard) on the same notebook. Do I need to enter a new form for reporting the fan control issue?
