The following problem presented itself just after a bios update and it's present even with a clean installation of Windows 10.
Right after the installation of armoury crate (doesen't matter if it's installed with aura creator or not)
the rgb strip connected to addressable RGB connector number 1 (The one at the top right corner of the motherboard)
stops working with advanced effects and turns off.
The only exeption is the base effect of single color.
This problem is present only with the last Bios update aka 4004 version.
A bios downgrade to version 3904 fixes the issue since the bios flash resets the data in the argb controller.
With this Bios version the problem dosen't presents itself anymore and all rgb works as it should.

This problem seems to not depend by Windows updates since it's present with or without the last updates, even while in the bios if aura it's on
and the last update of Armoury Crate and the aura sdk didn't fix the issue.
Only known solution to me is the bios downgrade, maybe a bios problem?

Turkish users are having a huge keyboard problem with Armoury Crate and their Asus Turkish Q keyboards. In this forum 5 Turkish users are already reported this problem.

It has been more than 3 weeks and still no fix.

OMG, are you reading this Assus ROG?

Look at how many issues this software is causing.. its ridiculous.. Why don't you care for your customers?!

I just spend a lot of money on the new "ROG RYUJIN II 240"
Now i am asking myself: FOR WHAT ????
Installed, de-installed, re-reinstalled and this crap software does not recognize the ROG RYUJIN II 240.
Only thing i can see in the soft is my Crosshair VI Hero, but even there i can only see my hardrive. nothing else.
No possibility to play with Aura Sync
How can this be solved ??? or WILL this be solved ???

Armoury Crate doesn't fully uninstall. After removing software I get few errors every boot in event log coming out of:
C:\Program Files (x86)\ASUS\ArmouryDevice\dll\AcPowerNotification\AcPowerNotification.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\ASUS\ArmouryDevice\dll\MBLedSDK\NoiseCancelingEngine.exe

ARMOURY CRATE 5.0.11.0 failing miserably on Windows 10 PRO x64 21H2,
ROG Crosshair VIII Formula Motherboard with AMD RYZEN 9 5950X
and G.Skil 64GB DDR4 3600MHz C16 RAM.

Everything was working with BIOS 3904.
BIOS 4004, ARGB not working after FIRMWARE update.
SYSTEM ERROR in ARMOURY CRATE.
ARMOURY CRATE not recognizing AURA DEVICES at all.

Can not attach any files.
I have a log file created and ready.
ASUS ROG website not allowing me to upload this file for you.


Please help.

x570 crosshair hero wifi no rgb no fan control after full uninstall of all asus programs and a full reinstall!

I can no longer access options under the "Device" tab. When I click FanXpert or any other option I get "The system is busy. Please wait for ASUS Framework service to respond and the device page will be reloaded automatically." Until it finally gets to a blank screen.
