Everyone please attach a log, otherwise your case may not be processed. If it is not possible, complete the appropriate form (see original post).

Currently don't have any problems except for performance issues. The armoury crate app is very laggy after the design overhaul of v5.0.10.0. Perhaps it can be further optimised so it's smoother.

Since I updated to v5 I get a Service Error on start up. And now none of my Aura Sync devices are available when trying to use Aura Sync.

I have reinstalled Armoury Crate / Armoury Crate Lite Service / Aura creator / Aura Lighting effect add on x64 / Aura service / Rog Live Service many times over. But it doesn't help.
I don't know what else to do, so I hope I can get help here.

Hello I need your help, it turns out that the CHAKRAM NOT VISUAL ARMORY, the issue that reintale the software and updates. check that this all ok. the mouse works perfect and synchronizes with the rgb but does not allow me to adjust its functions as the screen appears to me in black 😞

unistalled with Armoury_Crate_Uninstall_Tool and restart, install ArmouryCrateInstallTool but no success, app closes without opening

Please uninstall and install again, should be resolved now - it was an issue when set to the Turkish language.
