Laptop ROG Strix G17 G713QR-HG022T: Been pretty pleased for quite some time now

One thing that has been a long time: When laptop has gone to Sleep I cannot wake it with external keyboard. It's lights (Corsair K55 RGB) turn on and off seconds later, I must press laptop keyboard for it to wake up. Pressing mouse button works tho.

I just changed my headset from Asus Rog Delta to Asus Rog Delta S recently. Delta S doesn't compatible with Armoury 2 software, so i did the same EQ options from Armory Crate for Delta S model. However, I get almost half of the volume compared to Armoury 2. Also, I had the same problem with my previous headset. Are you going to make a version of Armoury 2 for ROG Delta S? Or, can you please fix the Armory Crate.

Same here. I reported bug in January (which I had a year prior to that) and never heard any feedback since then. I have no idea what is preventing them from using public tools like Bugzilla where they can, you know, actually communicate with users who are reporting issues and request additional user feedback if needed.

They simply don't care man.. Problems with their software are there for years now without any fix or way to get support.. This forum doesn't change that.

All we can do is preventing people or not recommending Assus ROG to anyone anymore. I have an YouTube clip about problems with this software and lots and lots of people have the same issue and they never get response from Assus..

I never buy ROG ever again in the future and people that come to me ask what to get i will strongly recommend another brand than Assus ROG from now on.

I don't know who's to blame for the software issues on ASUS products, but I really wish that, if they can't have a perfectly working version of Armoury Crate, they should stop forcing us to update the software.

As I've already reported twice in this thread, Armoury Crate 4.X was working perfectly on my ASUS TUF laptop. Armoury Crate updated to version 5.X and it's a mess, the graphic interface is laggy and heavy, you can hear the fans of the laptop go faster when you open AC5. And I can't go back to version 4.X. There's no installer for version 4.X, there's no way to install a version that was actually working great on my laptop.

I don't know if the don't have the budget to fix the software or what's the issue with it, but at least they shoul allow you to go back to the version that was working great on your hardware.

I hope u can fix an issue with ROG Balteius Qi, cause that is for me only device that are not working. It pop-ups "Operation Failed" when I'm trying to change settings or reset device. The only issue I've got of my ROG device!

ROG Fusion II 500 device page fails to load if it is connected to ROG Throne (either directly or through other device).

I found a solution to this problem but maybe this post can help the developers to know where to look.
A brief description of my hardware and the problem.

My Rig:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 (no overclock)
MB: Rog Crosshair VIII Dark Hero (I know it's overkill for this cpu but i want to upgrade it)
Ram: TridentZ 32Gb (4 x 😎 3200Mhz CL16 (D.O.C.P. profile enabled)
Case: Rog helios
PSU: Rog Thor 1200W

The following problem presented itself just after a bios update and it's present even with a clean installation of Windows 10.
Right after the installation of armoury crate (doesen't matter if it's installed with aura creator or not)
the rgb strip connected to addressable RGB connector number 1 (The one at the top right corner of the motherboard)
stops working with advanced effects and turns off.
The only exeption is the base effect of single color.
This problem is present only with the last Bios update aka 4004 version.
A bios downgrade to version 3904 fixes the issue since the bios flash resets the data in the argb controller.
With this Bios version the problem dosen't presents itself anymore and all rgb works as it should.

This problem seems to not depend by Windows updates since it's present with or without the last updates, even while in the bios if aura it's on
and the last update of Armoury Crate and the aura sdk didn't fix the issue.
Only known solution to me is the bios downgrade, maybe a bios problem?

I faced same issue as above. Only static color functioning for the addressable LED strip. If you unsync the addressable LED strip with aura, the addressable rgb connector will display a rainbow color.
