Same way than the G-Skill Lightning Control stuff, but still not fix the issue to find them in Aura Creator.

Thanks a lot! I have Ballistix DDR4 and your instruction helps to get back the memory rgb light control. It also helps to put the PC into sleep mode and wake it up (I think it causes the same Lighting Service restart)

I def appreciate the insight into getting the ram back to being detected in armoury crate, but having said that, having to do all thees steps just so i can properly control RAM RGB is bayond crazy. This really need to get resolved asap as ive had mltiple complaints from client builds about this very same issue, currently makes me wonder if i made the right decision in depending in asus AURA overall to control RGB instead of ICUE

Please address and fix this issue with an urgent update as my reputation towards my clients is being tarnished due to using aura AKA armoury crate was my personal recommndation believeing it was as for example as stable and dependable as icue from Corsair

The window position of the adaptive color setting in the aura effect section always retes after reboot.

Devices tab does not load. All drivers for the laptop and Armoury Crate are up to date. I cannot adjust any of my ROG Delta settings to make the **** audio sound better due to the update causing the devices tab to never load. After selecting the device, the loading animation never stops and after about 3 minutes a window appears that states a '2005 Page Error'. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Armoury Crate two times.

Hi,

I have a few issues with AC.

  • After approx. 3 hours all RGB lighting freezes on my motherboard, except for the RAM which will continue, but out of sync (meaning the rgb on the 2 sticks no longer runs in sync). It can only be fixed by completely shutting down the pc, not a restart.
  • When I select all devices under Aura Sync, next time I open AC, my mouse (Chakram Core) is deselected again
  • Under Aura Effects, the In-Game lighting effects checkbox is not remembered, it switches back to on every time I open AC
  • GameSDK can not be updated (error 16), but this is a known issue apparently

UPDATE:
I have been monitoring the RGB freeze and found 2 "AAC MB HAL" processes in task manager. One of them was taking 1.500MB, while the other consumed only 2.1MB... After killing the "big" one, the rgb resumed working.
So I think this process has a memory leak or something. So my guess the real problem is with "ASUS AURA Motherboard HAL 1.2.8.0"

I have been unable to access device page for quite a few versions now.
I can see all my devices, but when I try to click on any device it results in a long loading screen followed by an error popup.

Tried using bluetooth, wired connection and 2.4hz, still can't proceed to the device's menu. There is a dialog box in the background but can't read it because of the loading cycle on the screen. Please refer pic no.1;
