A new major update is being rolled out. There are several improvement and new features, many of the issues reported have also been fixed.

Suggest to uninstall Aura Sync software if already installed.

To update to the latest version of Armoury Crate, reboot and the update will run in the background automatically (do not open Armoury Crate for 10-15 minutes, and plug in the power for notebooks).

Before reporting issues, please make sure you have the latest software and firmware.
Be clear about the key issue. Mark/edit posts which are no longer relevant, tracking multiple posts in several pages not only takes time but the issue becomes unclear.

When reporting a new issue, include the following info:
1. Clear description of your issue
2. PC / Laptop
3. Aura Sync products
4. 3rd-party peripheral, audio, or lighting software
5. Wired / wireless connection
6. Reinstalled Windows?
7. Windows version & build
8. Previous version of firmware or software that worked as expected
9. Any screenshots of the issue
10. Use our log collection function: Settings=>About=>App diagnostics
Please provide a log, it's much easier to provide fixes if we can replicate as accurately as possible.

1. Simply reply and add your name at the bottom of the post. (If someone else has already replied, then reply to that post and add your name to the list)
2. Record and generate a log.

First, check the Record log box to start recording
Agree to the disclaimer
Replicate the issue you are having
Click on the Generate log data button
Save the log file to a location of your choice.
Stop the recording

Even though the log file is encrypted, share the log file with me by PM (provide link to file in cloud).

Many issues have been posted previously, but a very small percentage of people have PM'd me their log. If in doubt, just send a log and remember to record first. If the issue is after shutdown: provide a log for before shutdown and one after (2 logs). Thanks everyone!

1. When clicking on the device page no device loads and i get the error " We are sorry. There's an error with the device page. The application is going to reload the device page now (2005).
The devices in question are "ROG STRIX GO 2.4 ELECTRO PUNK", "ROG RAMPAGE VI EXTREME OMEGA".
Tried reinstalling Armory Crate ( it works) until the next reboot and I get the same error.
2. Custom built PC.
3. ROG Rampage VI EXTREME OMEGA, ROG STRIX RTX2080TI, Addressable LED STRIP, Fan extension CARD II
4. Razer mouse, mouse pad, keyboard (they are not managed by aura sync)

6. NO, but i uninstalled and cleanly reinstalled the armory crate app using the uninstall tool.

When Armourycrate installed, XTUService always crashed and make cpu usage jumping every few seconds, i didn't install Intel XTU either

Hello, I have 4 x 3080 Ti Rog strix OC and I'm trying to change RGB color of all cards. However, Armoury Crate sees only 2 card. I can change color on 1st card, but when I select 2nd card and try to change color on 2nd card, it changes color on 1st card again. Can you help me please? Got windows 10. 90481

The function of the 4 Media Keys on the keyboard can be remapped by clicking on each of the key icon and selecting the function.
In the UI, the first 3 keys can be clicked and turns RED showing it's selected, but the 4th key cannot be selected no matter how many times I click on it.

I resolved my issue with crate by uninstalling nord vpn and reinstalling
There was a windows10 and nord vpn update recently and i noticed connection errors in some applications shortly after
Asus crate was totally scuffed and battlenet would not connect and was using 98% of a ryzen 5950x cpu while i was connected to nord vpn
Even with split tunnel bypass
Disconnecting from the vpn resolved most of the issues
Apps with pending updates seemed effected
While disconnected from the vpn i was able to update the apps but reconnecting the vpn caused them to immediately glitch again
I attempted clean reboots nothing would resolve the errors in crate or bnet while connected to the vpn
Uninstalling the vpn rebooting and reinstalling the vpn seems to have resolved whatever network issues were causing these glitches

I have reached out to NordVPN, the Split Tunneling issue was resolved in the 6.41.6 update.

To fully reinstall the NordVPN, the following steps should be taken:

1. Go to Control Panel > Uninstall a Program / Programs and Features.
2. Locate "NordVPN", "NordVPN network TAP" and "NordVPN network TUN" instances and remove them if they appear on the list.
3. Restart the computer.
4. Download and install NordVPN again.

Dear all -

I have been having issues with my ASUS ROG Strix Flare in Armoury Crate where I press onto the device and selected it, it will give me an infinite loop and then a box of text behind it that is blurred out - seemingly saying page break?

I had tried uninstalling and reinstalling many times but hasn't solve anything? Is there a way to fix it?

Below is the detailed of my issue and systems. Thank you!

1 - ASUS ROG Strix Flare when clicked on device and into the keyboard, it isn't loading into the page and giving an infinite loop and an pop up message I can't click
2 - PC, custom build
3 - Aura Sync Products - ASUS ROG Strix Flare, ASUS ROG Chakram wireless, ASUS ROG Delta S, ASUS ROG B550-A
4 - The system have ICUE & RGB Fusion 2.0 besides ARUA
5 - Wired keyboard, headset but wireless mouse connected with a RF2.4GHz
6 - No Windows reinstallation
7 - Windows 10 Pro, 21H1, 19043.1348 - Although it's being having issues previous to this windows version also
