A new major update is being rolled out. There are several improvement and new features, many of the issues reported have also been fixed.

Suggest to uninstall Aura Sync software if already installed.

To update to the latest version of Armoury Crate, reboot and the update will run in the background automatically (do not open Armoury Crate for 10-15 minutes, and plug in the power for notebooks).

Before reporting issues, please make sure you have the latest software and firmware.
Be clear about the key issue. Mark/edit posts which are no longer relevant, tracking multiple posts in several pages not only takes time but the issue becomes unclear.

When reporting a new issue, include the following info:
1. Clear description of your issue
2. PC / Laptop
3. Aura Sync products
4. 3rd-party peripheral, audio, or lighting software
5. Wired / wireless connection
6. Reinstalled Windows?
7. Windows version & build
8. Previous version of firmware or software that worked as expected
9. Any screenshots of the issue
10. Use our log collection function: Settings=>About=>App diagnostics
Please provide a log, it's much easier to provide fixes if we can replicate as accurately as possible.

NEW - When your issue has already been reported
To make reporting easier for you, if you see another member post the same issue you are experiencing:
1. Simply reply and add your name at the bottom of the post. (If someone else has already replied, then reply to that post and add your name to the list)
2. Record and generate a log.
3. Private message me and include the following:
a. The post link at the top right of your post (copy and paste the link)

Log Collection Tool - Instructions
First, check the Record log box to start recording
Agree to the disclaimer
Replicate the issue you are having
Click on the Generate log data button
Save the log file to a location of your choice.
Stop the recording

Even though the log file is encrypted, share the log file with me by PM (provide link to file in cloud).

Many issues have been posted previously, but a very small percentage of people have PM'd me their log. If in doubt, just send a log and remember to record first. If the issue is after shutdown: provide a log for before shutdown and one after (2 logs). Thanks everyone!

my armoury crate is not detecting my motherboard Rog Strix Z590-E gaming Wi-Fi before it was detected but kept loading and when it opens just the sound page was available for me. my time zone is +3 GMT.

I was wrong about one thing in Post #38

I have been free of Armory Crate for the past 7 days since 9/6/2021. I used the Armory Crate Cleaner and uninstalled Armory Crate. My PC goes to sleep every time now and it has been free of all the issues that Armory Crate was causing since that time.

Well Except for one issue! I originally thought that Armory Crate was causing issues with AISUITEIII. Now I know this one issue was not Armory Crate because I was just now sitting here browsing the web (looking at ebay) and I hear the windows dinging sound going off every 6 seconds so I minimized my browser to see what the repeating noise is and (SEE PICS).

Sure enough it is the AISUITEIII "The server threw an exception error" that I kept getting when I had Armory crate installed! This time like I said AC is completely uninstalled
and AISUITEIII was NOT open, however it was minimized to the taskbar.

As I said this error kept going after 25 open error boxes on screen the error message changed to AISUITEIII "No more threads can be created in the system, ProgID: "AsusFanControlService.FanControlManager" and it kept throwing errors till I closed out AISUITEIII.


@MASTERC@ROG: I dont know why Asus has put out such Infrequent updates with this Motherboard (M13H) but all the asus motherboards Ive owned prior had very frequent software updates. Most of the updates on the drivers page are from JANUARY or MARCH thats 7-9 months between fixes. AISUITEIII Version 3.00.79 that has this bug was last updated on 5/6/2021.
Im pleading with you to relay these issues to the development team please?

I am without Armory Crate now so unfortunately I cannot get other updates AND my 5 DRGB LED strips are now stuck on one color & rainbow on my RAM. This is VERY unfortunate but PLEASE dont force me to rid my pc of AISUITEII as well? I need this software to control my many fans. (yes everyone I know the bios has fan controls) Not the same thing.

Also PLEASE give us our motherboard driver updates on the Driver & Tools motherboard pages like you used to???

ARMOURY CRATE cant detect the Mother Board.

Hey guys,

I just baught an ROG STRIX X570-E GAMING with an AMD Ryzen 9 5900X and installed the latest Armoury Crate version.

If I go to the device-tab and chose my water cooling (ROG RYUJIN), I can set the fan speed properly and it responds instantly.
However, if I head to the home-tab and I click the options on the fan-speed widget, nothing happens (except for the button to turn red).

Is this a common problem or is there anything I should know about this software?

Hey Guys,
Armoury Crate Lite Service v4.2.10 for non-Gaming laptops was just released, it resolves the service error issue. If that's you, give it a try.

Neither of the update fix it for me . Armoury Crate can't detect my ram and headphone , neither letting me going into sound optimization to change my headphone setting
