A new major update is being rolled out. There are several improvement and new features, many of the issues reported have also been fixed.

Suggest to uninstall Aura Sync software if already installed.

Core service updates:

To update to the latest version of Armoury Crate, reboot and the update will run in the background automatically (do not open Armoury Crate for 10-15 minutes, and plug in the power for notebooks).

Before reporting issues, please make sure you have the latest software and firmware.
Be clear about the key issue. Mark/edit posts which are no longer relevant, tracking multiple posts in several pages not only takes time but the issue becomes unclear.

Log Collection Tool - Instructions
First, check the Record log box to start recording
Agree to the disclaimer
Replicate the issue you are having
Click on the Generate log data button
Save the log file to a location of your choice.
Stop the recording

Even though the log file is encrypted, share the log file with me by PM (provide link to file in cloud).

Many issues have been posted previously, but a very small percentage of people have PM'd me their log. If in doubt, just send a log and remember to record first. If the issue is after shutdown: provide a log for before shutdown and one after (2 logs). Thanks everyone!

Aura Sync within Armoury Crate used to work, but no longer changes my lighting configuration. No changes I make take place on my machine.

Noticed a couple of versions ago. Currently running 4.1.6.0. Thought it would eventually get fixed. Can't find any old versions to download.

All lighting used to work fine and could change pattern colors without problem.
Now, in new update, Aura Sync tab recognizes all devices, but any change I make does not implement on my PC - it says the same pattern / color that I have always had.

Are you still having this issue? Is iCue able to control the lighting on your MB and other components properly? Which version do you have installed?

Someone's software is installing drivers for my ROG Gladius 2 Origin in my 'Keyboard' tab AND 'Mouse' tab in Device Manager. It is causing every window I open to auto scroll to the bottom. It has been going on for MANY updates of Armory Crate AND Windows 10 updates. I have already posted this issue on the Microsoft forum. I am posting it here as well, because I am tired of not being able to use my mouse in ANY window or program I have open. ASUS AND Microsoft need to look into this issue. It is ****ING annoying. I am typing with only my keyboard plugged in. I have uninstalled the drivers under 'Keyboard' tab AND 'Mouse' tab in Device Manager MULITPLE TIMES and it has not resolved the issue. I have changed USB ports on the back of my ASUS motherboard many times already. NOTHING changed. Using a different mouse changes NOTHING. I have also restarted my computer multiple times after uninstalling ALL mouse drivers, and once the computer boots up, the Mouse drivers are installed in 'Keyboard' AND 'Mouse' tabs AGAIN in Device Manager. FIX THIS ISSUE! I am passed asking nicely because is it a constant problem. I have asked nicely many times before.

New error happened in ASUS Com Service "atkexComSvc.exe" ( New version 4.02.06) and stopped working. Fault Module Name - PEbiosinterface32.dll

Please change the speed of the turbines on laptops G713 !!! In the "Balanced" mode at 2200-2300 rpm there is a mid-frequency hum, please raise it to 2900-3100 !! Also, in turbo mode, at least 15% of the speed is not enough to maintain optimal temperatures of 70-80 degrees, please fix it!

I followed the FAQ tips on getting the Armoury Crate App Version 4.1.6.0 and AI suite3 v3.00.51 to get it working, five treys uninstall Armoury Crate and AI suite3 reinstall them. I still have the same problems with them. Armoury Crate will show Frequency for a minute then goes to zero on CPU.
Will not show Temperature, Usage, Fan, and Voltage all show zero. At times the Armoury Crate will fail to load or start-up and just error out and have to reboot the computer for it to work.
AI Suite3 no longer works after this new update of the Armoury Crate.

I have PRIME Z390-A, Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9900k CPU @ 3.60GHz, CORSAIR DRAM (64.0GB & 2133MHz, and BIOS ver.1802

I need to get the AI Suite back up and working again. Need a sure-fire fix to get everything working again.

I am getting exactly the same issue as you are here and the same with ai suite so i have uninstalled it for time being

I installed new Armoury Crate today, and almost everything stopped working. I got lots of error in the reliability monitor from windows. And changing RGB settings do not work at all anymore.
