To update to the latest version of Armoury Crate, reboot and the update will run in the background automatically (do not open Armoury Crate for 10-15 minutes, and plug in the power for notebooks).

Before reporting issues, please make sure you have the latest software and firmware.
Be clear about the key issue. Mark/edit posts which are no longer relevant, tracking multiple posts in several pages not only takes time but the issue becomes unclear.

Include the following info:
1. PC / Laptop
2. Aura Sync products
3. 3rd-party peripheral, audio, or lighting software
4. Wired / wireless connection
5. Reinstalled Windows?
6. Windows version & build
7. Previous version of firmware or software that worked as expected
8. Clear description of your issue
9. Any screenshots of the issue
10. Use our new log collection function: Settings=>About=>App diagnostics
Please provide a log, it's much easier to provide fixes if we can replicate as accurately as possible.

First, check the Record log box
Agree to the disclaimer
Replicate the issue you are having
Click on the Generate log data button
Save the log file to a location of your choice.
Stop the recording

Even though the log file is encrypted, share the log file with me by PM (provide link to file in cloud).

Hello, I am a user of asus rog spatha, while the remaining power of the mouse is 10% in the Armory 2 program, the armory crate program shows 25%. Except for the screenshots of the programs, I also took a picture of the mouse. I would appreciate it if you fix the error as soon as possible for you to see. Good work

I pulled an older installer from my laptop for amoury crate, and ran that on my desktop. It still stalled at the same point, but after leaving it for a few minutes, completed successfully. On running it, it updated itself to the latest version ok. I think there must be something corrupted in the current latest version available for download. Perhaps it just needs to be replaced with a clean copy.

Even though Armoury Crate is updated to a newer version, the problem of ArmouryServerSocket.exe keeps crashing everytime I boot up my laptop.

This problem have happened since the older version of v3.3.7.0. Please Fix..

After installing the latest update (4.0.8.0), Armoury Crate stopped detecting my RAM and GPU (RTX 3090) to the point that I cannot control their lights.
This is beyond frustrating trying to make it work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software but no juice. This really needs to get fixed.

After update 4.0.8.0 I cannot enter into the motherboard settings to change the OLED screen. After repairing the application from windows apps settings, the appliccation starts and closes immediately.
