To update to the latest version of Armoury Crate, reboot and the update will run in the background automatically (do not open Armoury Crate for 10-15 minutes, and plug in the power for notebooks).

Before reporting issues, please make sure you have the latest software and firmware.
Be clear about the key issue. Mark/edit posts which are no longer relevant, tracking multiple posts in several pages not only takes time but the issue becomes unclear.

Include the following info:
1. PC / Laptop
2. Aura Sync products
3. 3rd-party peripheral, audio, or lighting software
4. Wired / wireless connection
5. Reinstalled Windows?
6. Windows version & build
7. Previous version of firmware or software that worked as expected
8. Clear description of your issue
9. Any screenshots of the issue
10. Use our new log collection function: Settings=>About=>App diagnostics
Please provide a log, it's much easier to provide fixes if we can replicate as accurately as possible.

Log Collection Tool - Instructions
First, check the Record log box
Agree to the disclaimer
Replicate the issue you are having
Click on the Generate log data button
Save the log file to a location of your choice.
Stop the recording

Even though the log file is encrypted, share the log file with me by PM (provide link to file in cloud).

Just curious, everyone. After you power up your machine and you're logged in. About how many minutes do you wait before you launch the AC app? I seem to have the most luck if I wait about 5 minutes from when I first power it on, and then an additional 10 minutes before actually launching the app to get the AC to show the fan RPM speed.

Instantly, i have nvme drive altho armoury crate does not have the features you describe its a seperate app called ai suite

My keyboard is K3, after the f**g update asked by Crate today, it appears in device list, but no content. See links for screenshots. Fix your employees.

There are 2 months from the last Crate update, still not working, now on a system which it does work just because I keep it only for Crate sh*t is stopped working again.

Hello, in the latest version of the application, the "backlight in games" setting is not saved after restarting, it turns on again. Please correct.

There a new "pop up" saying "Default" every time I boot up my laptop (Which I think is from GameVisual).

The "pop up" is like the one that you switch fans mode from "silent" to "performance".

It is normal?

I found a Reddit post which includes a fix for the micro stutters randomly happening. That was a wide-spread issue.

AutoConnectHelper.exe seems to be the cause here. Which is a plugin for Armoury Crate. Can you check that plugin?

Have Armoury Crate 4.0.8.0 installed had no problems till last update version 1.02.04 2021/03/29 when i press update it goes through update sequence says restart computer, which i do. Start Armoury Crate and the update symbol shows red again go to update and the same updates appear again.

Now i can not control my rog ryujin say,s i need to install updates. So updates are not being installed properly. Anyone got any idea,s what gone wrong.
