To update to the latest version of Armoury Crate, reboot and the update will run in the background automatically (do not open Armoury Crate for 10-15 minutes, and plug in the power for notebooks).

Before reporting issues, please make sure you have the latest software and firmware.
Be clear about the key issue. Mark/edit posts which are no longer relevant, tracking multiple posts in several pages not only takes time but the issue becomes unclear.

Include the following info:
1. PC / Laptop
2. Aura Sync products
3. 3rd-party peripheral, audio, or lighting software
4. Wired / wireless connection
5. Reinstalled Windows?
6. Windows version & build
7. Previous version of firmware or software that worked as expected
8. Clear description of your issue
9. Any screenshots of the issue
10. Use our new log collection function: Settings=>About=>App diagnostics
Please provide a log, it's much easier to provide fixes if we can replicate as accurately as possible.

Log Collection Tool - Instructions
First, check the Record log box
Agree to the disclaimer
Replicate the issue you are having
Click on the Generate log data button
Save the log file to a location of your choice.
Stop the recording

Even though the log file is encrypted, share the log file with me by PM (provide link to file in cloud).

Last night I happened to notice that CPU RPM speed is back and while I don't know why, I do know there's more information.

So this morning the program once again didnt' show the CPU RPM. However, over time it just appeared. So odd!

EVGA Precision can control the 2 led's individually, but Armoury sync will only change the RGB LED but not the logo unless its turned off completely. Would like to be able to change the brightness of the logo as its either off or 100%.

Is this even real life?

So I'm running an 5800X AMD with 2X16GB XPG 3200MHZ, XFX RX580 8GB and WD M2 512GB on a B550-E MB

Everything is updated, and on the latest version.

NOT from Armory Crate or AI SUITE (BTW we still have to run BOTH programs, if you want to control fans, because the ARMORY CRATE is only for RGB for us, nothing else so far), they're updated from the product page or manufacturer directly, running the 1602 BIOS, because I've read bad things about 1801 so far.


So all the events that you see are 93% from ASUS related products.

Reinstalled windows, tried multiple to none optimizations on different installs.

Still the same thing,
-handles leaks,
-crashes,
-not able to control lights properly,
-now ambient awareness is broken,
-sound mode for lights works only if I disable SONIC STUDIO 3 advanced effects,
ARGB just stays black in both cases for ambient and sound.

Please, either fix your overpriced ****, or just stick to the hardware and let others code, system is solid and fast, seems built like a tank, only problem is the janky second hand code you're trying to pull, just... stop, can't you see the frustrations you're causing for saving a couple of bucks by coding in house?....

I am not happy with the new firmware I can have only red RGB lighting.

8. Clear description of your issue: I have been trying to resolve an issue all day where my RGB on my G732LWS laptop no longer shows any of the RGB lighting. Neither the keyboard lights, chakra logo on back of the screen, nor the edge lighting are lit up. I do not particularly care about RGB but I do need a backlight for my keyboard. I have attempted software uninstallation and re-installation using all the recommended processes and tools, and I have reset my laptop to factory default to no avail. Currently, all of my asus, intel, nvidia, realtek, etc. software and drivers are up to date. I have previously tried various versions of the pieces of software and drivers and have not had any success, not even for a moment. Windows even viewer logs issues similar to those mentioned in this thread. Everything else about the software appears to be working as expected and no error messages are given, apart from that the lights do not work. I have confirmed this is not a hardware issue.

There were some updates to device kit today for me and now the aura on my rog spatha doesn't work. Can't you guys get this thing to work right
