Suggest to uninstall Aura Sync software if already installed.

To update to the latest version of Armoury Crate, reboot and the update will run in the background automatically (do not open Armoury Crate for 10-15 minutes, and plug in the power for notebooks).

Before reporting issues, please make sure you have the latest software and firmware.
Be clear about the key issue. Mark/edit posts which are no longer relevant, tracking multiple posts in several pages not only takes time but the issue becomes unclear.

Include the following info:
1. PC / Laptop
2. Aura Sync products
3. 3rd-party peripheral, audio, or lighting software
4. Wired / wireless connection
5. Reinstalled Windows?
6. Windows version & build
7. Previous version of firmware or software that worked as expected
8. Clear description of your issue
9. Any screenshots of the issue
10. Use our new log collection function: Settings=>About=>App diagnostics
Please provide a log, it's much easier to provide fixes if we can replicate as accurately as possible.

Log Collection Tool - Instructions
First, check the Record log box
Agree to the disclaimer
Replicate the issue you are having
Click on the Generate log data button
Save the log file to a location of your choice.
Stop the recording

Even though the log file is encrypted, share the log file with me by PM (provide link to file in cloud).

You are definetly right, i will gave em secondnd chance and if they doesn't fix their software I will probably never buy again ASUS products that rely on software even that I like them so much.

ASUS find a better developers because the current ones are obviously scrap.

Shall I suggest for you guys to check something in the ICUE settings? It worked for me as I had animations freezing up in the Armoury crate. In ICUE settings I have unticked the setting that says "Enable Plugins". After that my Armoury Crate settings are ok and the animations are still running. It's a pain that you have to setup animations in 2 different programs but I can live with it. Worth giving a try.

This is a little funny! For asus super high-end products, this program is so useless.

Hi everyone!
First time I write on a forum like that. I always figured my things out by myself but this time I never got the bug with armoury crate.
When I launch a game, normaly my profils turn it to turbo mode and when I come back on the deskop, it gets back on the other one. But it has been a while that it is the opposite..
When i switch alt/tab to my deskop i get on turbo mode and when I go back to my game, it swiches to silence mode... Even if I've try to switch it many times it is still a problem. I restarted my CP and no changes; still having that problem.

i) In Armoury Crate=>Fan Speed=> No more decibel (db) status below the RPM.
ii) In Armoury Crate=>System Configuration tile=> the HDR switch doesn't work (can't switch between Multi Zone to Single Zone)
iii) AURA Sync=>Sync devices & AURA effects=> No devices available.
iv) Settings=>Update Center=> AURA Service Update loop.

It's time to fix all these mistakes. Asus does not work well in this direction, when all these errors have already been corrected ... Some disappointments
