To update to the latest version of Armoury Crate, reboot and the update will run in the background automatically (do not open Armoury Crate for 10-15 minutes, and plug in the power for notebooks).

Before reporting issues, please make sure you have the latest software and firmware.
Be clear about the key issue. Mark/edit posts which are no longer relevant, tracking multiple posts in several pages not only takes time but the issue becomes unclear.

Windows language is dutch
App is mixing dutch and french language
Can i just have dutch or just pure english app thanks.
The aura creator also has similar issue with chinese language and dutch language mixed with windows being dutch.
I won't bother providing screenshots.
Aura creator also does not allow to control memory please fix the app is useless without it.

CPU load and freq. infos are broken

I have a few issues one that has been present for some time and two that are new to this update:

1) Armoury Crate no longer detects my RAM (2 sticks of G.Skill Trident Z NEO)
- Armoury Crate stopped detecting it after I updated to version 3.1.6.0 and now after updating to 3.2.4.0 it still does not detect it

2) After updating to the current version (3.2.4.0). I see an update in the update center for:
PRIME X570-PRO
HAL Version 1.1.14 Date: 2020/09/24
If I click update it runs (the progress bar shows up and progresses) but after it finishes it still show the same update

3) In the current version (3.2.4.0) If I click PRIME X570-PRO under Device, it just spins forever and never loads the page

I have tried using the uninstaller and reinstalling multiple times and it does not make a difference.

Here is my system info asked for in MasterC's inital post :
1. PC/Laptop: PC (Custom Built not a prebuilt ASUS Tower)
2. Aura Sync Products: ASUS PRIME X570 PRO Motherboard, ASUS ROG STRIX 2080 SUPER Graphics Card, Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML360R RGB AIO, and 2 sticks of G.Skill Trident Z NEO RAM
3. 3rd-party peripheral, audio, or lighting software: Corsair ICUE (with the Asus plugin disabled)
4. Wired / wireless connection: Wired
5. Reinstalled Windows?: No
6. Windows version & build: Version 20H2 OS Build 19042.630
7. Previous version of firmware or software that worked as expected: The last version of Armoury Crate that I know detected my RAM was 3.0.4.0

10. Use our new log collection function: Settings=>About=>App diagnostics: I have PM'd log of me trying to update and a log of me clicking AURA Sync (I assume this log may show why my RAM is not showing up) to MasterC

Finally here is my Service Version Info (MasterC mentions Armoruy Crate Service v3.2.5 in is inital post but I do not see that version anywhere and an not reciving any update to it (unless it is part of the update that shows but does not work):

Just did a fresh Windows 10 install (swapping STRIX X470-F motherboard for a STRIX X570-E in preparation for Ryzen 9 5900X).

Got prompted to install Armoury Crate, which it did successfully. According to the software all the firmwares are updated.

Armoury Crate sees all my Aura devices (Terminal, Gladius II, Claymore, and STRIX X570-E) for LED effects syncing.

However, while it sees the Aura Terminal device in effects syncing it does *NOT* appear in the Devices list, so there appears no way to set the number of LEDs connected to each header. The STRIX X570-E ARGB headers can set the number of LEDs per header.

Do I have to install Aura Sync in order to program the Aura Terminal?

I've already created a thread about this ( https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?120340-Asus-ROG-Gladius-2-Wireless-Mouse-do-not-go-to-slee...) but I apparently also have to post it here, so here it goes.

1. PC / Laptop: My own non-PC that consists of Ryzen 1600, 1080 TI and MSI SLI X370 MB and 16 GB RAM.
2. Aura Sync products : ASUS ROG GLADIUS II WIRELESS
3. 3rd-party peripheral, audio, or lighting software: I also use Razer Synapse to light up my Razer keyboard but there is no relation between that and Armoury Crate's lighting.
4. Wired / wireless connection: Wireless
5. Reinstalled Windows? No.
6. Windows version & build Windows 10 2004 & Build: 19041.630
7. Previous version of firmware or software that worked as expected: None. If anything, it seems like the problem got worse with the newest update.
8. Clear description of your issue: I bought the ASUS Gladius 2 Wireless a few months ago but I noticed something with its sleep behaviour. No matter the time period I set for it to go to sleep in, it still wakes up on its own after approx. 10 seconds. Even does it if the PC is off and 'Wake up from USB' is enabled (only when the PC is off, it stops doing it when I remove the USB and plug it in again, after that it powers off as intended). It does the something on other PCs that doesn't have the ROG Armoury Software. I think this is a bug with the firmware.

Any idea how we can install the previous version?? Im getting lot and lot of crashes because of the new version of armoury crate. Getting 50+ critical crash in the reliability history. Apex Legends is crashing, pc is crashing... I had no issue whatsoever before this update. This is really annoying.
