To update to the latest version of Armoury Crate, reboot and the update will run in the background automatically (do not open Armoury Crate for 10-15 minutes).

Before reporting issues, please make sure you have the latest software and firmware.
Be clear about the key issue. Mark/edit posts which are no longer relevant, tracking multiple posts in several pages not only takes time but the issue becomes unclear.

Include the following info:

Ok overall it seems to be stable on my machine luckily, it is occasionally saying no devices ib Aura, but overall no crashes, my Claymore keyboard quit locking up when I hit escape, and all my other devices work. Even when the "No devices available issue happens, the lighting service is still running find, lights animated to music and everything. I just have to unplug the USB from the ASUS Aura Terminal and plug it back in to get it to recognize them. The ASUS Aura Terminal also lost connection a few times, but just unplugged it's USB and plugged it back in and it cleared up.

My laptop ASUS ROG Zephyrus GX701GW has had multiple problems with my rgb keyboard for 2 weeks. Some keys on my RGB keyboard are not green. Another problem is that even if I turn off the lights of all the keys on the keyboard, the 7 keys red light remains on. I just installed Windows 10 2004 and it still hasn't improved. This was the case after Armory crate 3.0.4.0. The colors of some keys on the rgb keyboard have started to be light, please help me to solve this problem..ImageImageImage

Music "pattern"s (not "color cycle") refuse to cycle colours on the keyboard and LED strip

How to reproduce :

- Open Armoury Crate
- Navigate to Aura Sync > AURA effects
- Select "Music" effect and any "Pattern" color (Playback device is "3 - Realtek Audio" and Style is "Audio Spectrum")
- Close Armoury Crate Window and play music
- RGB lighting will react to music but does not cycle from the starting color

Asus you better prepare heavy compensation or this is the last product i buy from you if used Asus products for years after this i am done with you, you provide no proper uninstaller force users to do clean install without consideration of how much time this takes, putting users to imense stress to figure things out them self while staying silent, no more of this before i used asus motherboards always hated the software since day 1 no problem did not need it before, but now i need it for my rgb to work seriously asus **** YOU!

I know that some of these software components are not the latest. However, I know that if I do an update, the DRAM rgb will stop working. Either the whole set is not recognized , or only 3 of the 4 sticks are controllable. The DRAM is G.SKILL Trident Z Neo. Motherboard is Zenith II Extreme Alpha. Also, sometimes after a reboot, the Aura effects comes up in the rainbow settings instead of the static setting that I had it set at. Each time things go out of control, I have to resort to reinstalling a system image I made a few weeks ago. For now, I'm sticking with the above configuration, because it works.

I spent some time updating software components. I've got a stable working configuration with these versions:
