Hey guys,

Armoury Crate V2.7.8.0 was just released this week.
You can check the version under Settings=>About. The software should update automatically, you can do it manually from there if it has not already.

Here are the release notes, highlighting the key updates since V2.6.14.0

New: Backup/restore to personal profiles in cloud - for all device configurations and custom settings (log in first, find it under your profile)

Before reporting issues, please make sure you have the latest software and firmware, then provide as much info as possible to help us understand your setup.
Include the following info:

3. 3rd-party peripheral, audio, or lighting software
4. Wired / wireless connection
5. Reinstalled Windows?
6. Windows version & build
7. Previous version of firmware or software that worked as expected

8. Clarify your issue as clearly as possible. : When the display (monitor) goes off RGB freeze in one state (all modes are the same) and when display (monitor) turn on again the rgb light turn on again. Previous Armoury Crate did not have this problem 😞

Fresh Windows 10 ver.2004 Install . Crosshair VI Hero, Strix RX580 TOP OC, Asus Claymore (full, with numpad)
Nothing works. I thought i'd reinstall windows 10 since Armoury didn't work so i thought it was Windows 10 that was faulty but this is the result.
I'm never buying Asus again. For a flagship mboard, not only were there BIOS problems, your selling point RGB hardware does NOT work as intended.

8. Clarify your issue as clearly as possible: The problem is that no matter what effect I set it goes like a lag, it doesn’t flow smoothly as it should. visible on the video. This works on all effects like that. But I noticed that after 10-12 hours of continuous operation, it starts to work smoothly as it should be until the reboot and then again with a delay. A very rare occurrence.

Hi,

I don't have a device tab in Armoury crate, so I cannot configure my device at all. I currently only have a Rog Spatha to use with this software, but have been considering additional peripherals. However, I am getting a bit fed up with ASUS software problems. You guys make brilliant products, but they only work for like 5 minutes before the software reduces them to something with the funtionality of a product we could buy for £20! I have also updated my mouse and dock firmware, which has now caused a problem with that, but i'll post about that on the appropriate thread.

I have not had a device tab with either the current version of crate, nor the previous version, which was the first one I had tried. If I want to play around with my mouse config, I have to install Armoury ||, which makes crate rather pointless. It also freaks out about Aura sync being enabled for my mouse in crate, and refuses to open unless I go into crate and turn sync off for my mouse, which appears simply as 'Mouse', and not 'ROG Spatha' as I would have thought it would. I would also like to add that this issue has been present with both firmware versions for my mouse as well, and it does not matter whether I use the mouse in wired, or wireless mode.

The only thing I can do with my mouse in crate is use Aura sync, which believe it or not, ACTUALLY WORKS! - Shocker!!

This is a fresh install of windows 10 x64, and my system specs are in my profile.

I do apologise for my previous rant, but the point stands. Pretty much all my main components are ROG, I bought them for their features, but these features NEED TO WORK! I hope you guys manage to get on top of your software problems soon, but if there is anything I can do to fix this, please let me know.

Asus Rog Cetra ANC equalizer settings doesnt work. (I mean i make changes and settings but dont take any effect)

I know it's probably Windows Preview version problem but just let you know in advance.
