There are 2 applications in the control panel and system sound settings, Chat Channel and Headset, I change them one by one and make them default, but I couldn't solve the problem. I unplug and plug the USB plug, but the problem still doesn't solve, I restart my computer, but the problem still doesn't solve, I disable it from the device manager and enable it again, I say remove the hardware, and I restart the computer, but the problem still doesn't solve. If I make the Chat channel application default from the sound settings, the sound comes, but the equalizer and 7.1 surround sound are not activated. After making the updates, I tried these solutions, but the problem is not solved.
