Armoury Crate Tools Section not working

motherboard model: TUF GAMING B660-PLUS WIFI D4
BIOS version: 2801
Armoury Crate version: 5.7.9.0
This message keeps appearing again after 2 mins loading everytime when i press on proceed:

and when i press on cancel:

I tried to uninstall Armoury crate by the official uninstall tool and reinstalling, I got same Problem.
The Tools section was working on my pc i don't know when exactly it stopped working maybe after the bios update or smth.

I have the same motherboard as you with the same problem, i updated everything including bios, fully reinstall Armoury crate but nothing works...

you can see at the event viewer that something wrong with the software
