Hello,
I updated Armoury crate and since then I have this message and it no longer sees the different Asus components of the PC. I don't know what to do,

please help me

I'm very sorry that you are experiencing this issue with the newest version of Armoury Crate. I will inform the software team with this issue and for now I would say keep the older version since it works, and there should be a newer patch for this new Armoury Crate version soon, which you can try updating to in the future if you'd like.

Bonjour, j’ai enfin réussi à mettre à jour. J’ai commencé par mettre à jour via mon ancienne version d’Armoury, mais toujours l’erreur de service. J’ai donc réussi à désinstaller Armoury, mais le service Armoury Lite ne s’est pas désinstallé. Je suis donc allé sur C :/Program Files/ASUS/ARMOURY CREATE LITE SERVICE/UnistallToolPlugin et j’ai lancé cet outil. Une fois le processus terminé, j’ai téléchargé la version Armoury Create sur le site Web d’Asus et tout s’est bien installé. Je ne sais pas si cela a eu un impact, mais avant cela, j’ai désinstallé ICUE Corsair, et j’ai désinstallé Armoury Create avec le logiciel Revo Unistaller. En dehors de cela, l’application Armory Create se comporte bien. La carte graphique était le seul appareil qui n’apparaissait pas dans Armory Create au début, mais après quelques redémarrages, elle est réapparue 🙂Je ne peux pas être plus clair, mais j’espère que cela aidera la communauté.%MCEPASTEBIN %

Hello, please begin by restarting your PC. If Armoury Crate services still show error, please uninstall Armoury Crate using the uninstaller and reinstall it here to see if this solves the issue.

i just uninstalled via the uninstaller you provided. i reinstalled via the link you provided and yet i still have the same difficulty. i also tried in safe mode and same thing 😞
the old version of Armoury crate works fine, i think i'll wait what do you say?

Yes FIX THIS PLEASE, I haven't had use of Aura Effects or the Creator since the update (and it took days to get just regular AC to work properly, including uninstalling, reinstalling, rebooting, etc.). Aura Creator + G18 Rog Strix + Asus Strix Flare II Animate. Keeps 'forgetting' devices, giving Service Error when trying to find devices and apply effects. Totally broken.

I managed to install Armoury Crate from the Asus website on my motherboard, but it was broken.
The software is buggy and I can't access all the options... please fix...
