ARMOURY CRATE "Processing Timeout"

I just reset my PC and redownloaded Armoury Crate but whenever I try to go to "Tools" It loads for a bit and gives me this message. I click ok and it does it again, cancel doesn't do anything either. How do I fix this?

I have been having the same issues. Asus have been doing nothing but ignore.
