Armoury Crate OSD not showing under 24H2 on G513QY when changing power modes with key

The Armoury Crate OSD is not showing under 24H2 on G513QY when changing power modes. The key works and if I have Armoury Crate open I can see it changing modes when I hit the key, but the OSD that says performance/silent/turbo does not show.

Additionally, the mute key does not work (but the volume keys do). Again, no OSD with them (I don't remember for sure if the volume and mute trigger an OSD from Armoury Crate). Is there something in 24H2 that needs to be set to allow overlays or something?

Ignore the part about the mute key - I realized the button is actually a mic mute and it works fine, functionally. Actually all function keys work functionally, I just get no OSD for any functions other than the stock Windows ones for volume, mute, etc. It's most annoying when changing power mode though, as you have no indicator of which is active without opening the AC app (or you can see it in the power control panel, but it's still having to open something and look).

Also for the record, this is a fresh install of 24H2, not an upgrade.
