armoury crate not installing

okay so when i first bought this PC armoury crate was working fine. then it wasnt, i uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it but it never worked. now i am geting the ene.sys error  and so i dont know what to do. i turend off the auto install on my motherboard but ti still doesnt work. 

yes i have downloaded the uninstall tool and the most recent version of the install tool. my motherboard is up to date as well. any help would be lovely.

i have a PRIME Z790-P wifi motherboard, i was thinking of getting a new mother board in the future so.

WHAT suddenly stopped working?
There have been updates in Armoury Crate from time to time that are NOT installed automatically, but only with your manual consent.
It would also have been advisable to post screenshots of error messages, etc., here so we can see what you're seeing.
Based on your information alone, it's difficult to determine why Armoury Crate isn't working.
Especially with the "ene-sys" error.

If you can open Armoury Crate, go to "Settings," then "Update Center," and post a screenshot. Then, on the right, click "About" and then "Check" under "Service Version."
Please post the displayed "diagnostic results" here.

Please provide detailed information about the errors or "problems" you've noticed with Armoury Crate or that are making it difficult to use.
