Armoury Crate Not Detecting My ASUS ROG Strix RTX 4090 BTF OC

Hello ASUS Support,

I am experiencing an issue with the Armoury Crate application. The software does not detect my graphics card, and it also does not appear in the Aura Sync panel.

Here are the important details of my system:

• Armoury Crate Version: 6.3.6.0 (everything is up to date)

• GPU: ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4090 BTF OC Edition 24GB GDDR6X

• NVIDIA Driver Version: 591.44

• Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix B650E-F Gaming WiFi

• Windows Version: Windows 11 Pro, 25H2

• All other component drivers: Up to date

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

• Used the official ASUS Armoury Crate uninstall tool multiple times and reinstalled the application

• Updated my graphics card drivers
  Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue.

To help diagnose the problem, I have generated an Armoury Crate log file and recorded a video showing the issue. Both files can be found here:

It's the latest geforce drivers - they are incompatible.. You can reinstall the previous NVIDIA drivers until ASUS fixes it.

Going through exact same thing and have not found a fix . I saw the other person comment that said it’s a geforce update causing it. So I’m hoping the next update fixes it. It’s bee driving me crazy .

Same thing here with rog 4090. So frustrating. Hopefully asus gets a fix for this soon

I just did the GeForce roll back update to the 581.00 I believe and it worked . You might need to search up the previous update on the GeForce website not the app. That’s how I did it and it WORKED . Just don’t download the newest updated for GeForce until there comes a fix.

Updates are available for Armoury Crate. After installing them, VGA detection works fine even with the new NVIDIA driver.

Did you install the previous GeForce update ? Or did it just start to work ?

Armoury crate had an update and it remedied all my problems with not detecting the gpu.
