Armoury Crate Not Detecting Mouse via RF 2.4GHz Connection

Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue with Armoury Crate not detecting my mouse when it's connected via the RF 2.4GHz dongle. When I connect the mouse using either Bluetooth or a wired connection, Armoury Crate detects it just fine. However, no matter what I try, the app doesn’t recognize the mouse over the RF 2.4GHz connection.

I've tried connect the "Polling Rate Booster" option, but that didn’t help. I’ve also tested different USB ports, but the problem remains. Has anyone else encountered this issue or found a fix for it?
