Before I receive any suggestion to use the uninstall tool and reinstall it, I had already tried that about 5 times in a row.
My PC is running Windows 10 Enterprise Edition, all up to date. I have downloaded Armoury Crate Full Installation Package v1.4.2.6 and tried to install it for my Proart MD300 mouse. But at some point, it always fails the installation, saying "Windows system is busy", A quick sign-out (Windows) and sign-in show two consecutive messages notifying that the installer could not read the AppSetup file.
Launching the installer after a restart advises me to use the uninstall tool, which I followed and restarted as prompted, just to launch the Armoury Crate installer again and fail in the same manner as mentioned above.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi, thanks for your reply and pointers! I will soon migrate to Win 11, but this is a peculiar piece of software. Out of nowhere, it is now launching normally after showing installation failed messages. I hope I will keep it this way until the migration. Thanks again.

my recommendation is:
1. to move out the enterprise edition. there will no update to windows 10 soon anyways.even that still works. apps will NOT support it. just keep in mind that.
2. only works on adm accounts. I you are on standard one will not work. (that is on MS side)
3. i think, and this is just my theory, you need to make a deployment on enterprise adm account using a admn store account. but i have never test this before, since some of the files could be missing. that is what i think. take it with a planet of salt.
4. for more info, is design to use be use on public accounts and there is NO MORE BETAS and above, most new features that are here or coming, will not be tested since there is nothing else to test with. all is moving to Windows 11. in fact what ever comes and w10 does not work thre is no support for it. MS will push it anual incremental cost soon. so you can subscribe to keep this running at least on the security part. also make sure you have the last bios and last drivers (firmaware also if you are on intel, and agesa if you are on amd platform)

Hello blackbirdsr72
Try this:
1) Use the Armoury Crate uninstall tool once more.
2) Reboot your pc.
3) Install Armoury Crate version 3.2.11.2 - Armoury Crate - Support
How does this go?

Hello, after trying again, it showed the same installation error as before, but it is now strangely working fine. Thanks for your suggestion.
