Hey everyone,
I'm having a persistent issue with Armoury Crate after performing a clean install of Windows on my ROG Strix G16 (G614JIR). Despite installing all necessary drivers, including "ASUS System Control Interface" and the MyASUS application directly from the official ASUS website, Armoury Crate is still missing several crucial components.
Specifically, I've noticed the following:
- GPU Performance Tab Missing: The dedicated tab for GPU Performance isn't showing up at all. This means I can't monitor or adjust my NVIDIA RTX 4070 Laptop GPU settings within Armoury Crate.
- System Configuration Incomplete: The System Configuration section is severely lacking, missing various controls and settings for device management. It feels like a lot of the functionality I used to have is just gone.
- Other Missing Features: There are also other general functionalities and display elements that seem to be absent, making the application feel incomplete and less useful than before.
I've made sure to download and install all drivers specifically for my ROG Strix G16 (G614JIR) from the official ASUS support website. My current Armoury Crate version is 6.2.11.0.
Has anyone else encountered this problem after a clean Windows installation? Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

try a clean reinstallation in offline mode in strict order of priority

After that, connect to the Internet and try to update the rest of the components. Keep in mind that some updates from the Microsoft software catalog are much worse than the original drivers from ASUS in some cases (for example, Cirrus Amp the ms catalog does not have a csaudioext folder), while others are better, especially if your driver certificates have expired. In this case, you will need to search for similar drivers on the website https://www.station-drivers.com (whql), and the older the driver, the more stable it is (paradoxically).
This is a normal practice in the era of capitalism, when laptops become disposable. I strongly recommend keeping all drivers in a separate folder, otherwise you will have to search for drivers in the web archive. As with other cases, you can be confident that this is the chipset installed by asus, version 10.1.46.3. (RaptorLakePCH and RaptorLakeSystem) After experimenting, I discovered that versions 10.1.46.7 and 10.1.46.10 may not function properly after the laptop wakes up from sleep. But this is individual, probably depends on 23H2-24H2. If you are from a country where there are problems with servers, try updating through the vpn share from your phone to your laptop.
No matter how hard you try, in automatic nvidia dgpu mode there may be gaps with a black screen, even if the driver sequence is followed, there are patches that are only displayed in factory Windows 22H2, which no longer works via cloud recovery.
