Armoury Crate Lighting Issue - Keyboard detected but no light.

Hello, recently I have ran into the issue of my device's keyboard lights not working. The FN key does work, and Armoury Crate finds the device and the keyboard, but the keyboard lights are not turning on even when using FN+upper arrow key.

My device is ROG Strix G531GV.

I have tried going through all the steps listed here: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1044851/#A4 to no avail.

I have encountered this issue when running a system restore, which makes me think that it has to do with drivers rather than hardware. However, restoring to an earlier checkpoint didn't seem to fix the issue.

same issue here my keyboard isnt lighting up but the laptop recognize it and aura wallpaper changes and the fn+f2 or f3 is showing on the screen but nothing happens to the keyboard

will someone from ROG/ASUS team address this issue? Or you let customers hanging?

It's a known bug of the new Armoury Crate V5.7.3.0.

There are a lot of threads in this forum already of people losing lights in RAM, keyboard, GPU etc since this update.
