Armoury Crate Is Not Showing Any Cpu Stats

I've just bought a ROG Strix laptop. But my Amoury Crate App is not showing my CPU Stats. I reianstalled windows and the app but didn't fix anything. What can I do?

i have a laptop from a friend with that. i will dive to check that out today afternoon. if i manage to get today and make it i will share. is my first laptop to dive on the AC
