Armoury Crate Installation Failed Twice

Dear ASUS Team,
I am encountering a recurring issue while trying to install Armoury Crate. I just installed Win 10. I was going to Armoury Crate. Initially, I received an error during installation. Then I used the official uninstaller tool provided by ASUS to remove the software. However, when I attempted to reinstall it, the same error occurred again.

Even though, i installed Win 10 again after this problem occur. Clean SSD, clean regedit or etc. The same error happened again xD

Following the instructions on your support page, I downloaded and ran the log collection tool. I have attached the generated log file to this message as requested.

Could you please analyze the log file and guide me on how to resolve this installation issue?

Hello roswelinta

Make sure windows 10 is fully updated before installing Armoury Crate.

Make sure you're logged into windows as an administrator.

If you've done those, can you be more specific with the error?

I didnt know that i needed to uptade windows before downloading AC. I always downloading while the Windows updating itself.
I thought i was the administrator but yesterday i saw one of the fellas in rog forum, which experiencing the same thing, tries to run as an administrator the AC Setup. I tried to run the setup as an administrator and it interestingly didnt give any errors while installing. Now i installed the AC and everything seems fine.

I was getting installation error at after the checking the box of 'Age Limit'. The AC Setup says it tries to connecting Rog Live servers and installing Rog Live Services, then it suddenly says installation failed.
I also mailed Asus Support about this topic, i gave them my Log's about this installation. I use the Log program which is on the Armoury Crate Support Site. Im also excited their replies about it 🙂 But thanks anyways 🙂
