Armoury Crate Installation 102 error

I am trying to install Armoury Crate Installer Version 3.1.4.0 on (Win 11,on Asus Tuf Gaming f15 2021 model
Did:
- Revo Uninstaller to remove all ASUS/AURA related: ASUS Framework Service, AURA lighting effect add-on, AURA lighting effect add-on x64, AURA Service, ROG Live Service
- used Armoury Crate Uninstall Tool Version 2.1.4.0
- restarted system
Run Armoury Crate Intaller Version 3.1.4.0 and after downloading all component's, while installing it shows internet error code 102. But my net connection working perfectly fine.
Tried these steps multiple times, including with firewall disabled, windows defender disabled
Also tried with fresh Windows 11 same issue happens

Thanks for the idea. I tried that still getting same error.

I'm not sure why Armoury Crate doesn't want to install, it's possible revo uninstaller may have uninstalled something it shouldn't have.

I might try a system recovery then try installing Armoury Crate.

I do tried installing fresh windows 11 and tried installing armoury.
Still No luck

Installing fresh windows 11 is not the same as a system recovery. A system recovery installs all drivers and softwares back to original when your laptop was new.

Please try a system recovery then try installing Armoury Crate.

System recovery deletes all files in SSD.(Complete format of Hard disk)

Finally installed Armoury Crate.

What i DID !
1. Installed Armoury crate , after showing 102 error. Closed the installation and restarted
2. After that, goto Program files x86/ASUS/RSLDownloader/
Install the drivers/software in that folder(some will ask restart, do that)
3. After that installed Armoury crate installer
Finally worked !
