Armoury crate hotkey problem

I reset my ROG Ally Extreme, and the Armoury Crate hotkeys stopped working. I’ve downloaded all updates, restarted, made sure all services are set to automatic, reset it again, and nothing works. I appreciate any help.

+, the same thing on Asus Tuf A15 (2023) laptops after updating to Armoury Crate v5.9.9.0. I also see problems with changing the GameVisual configuration. And if I enable Armoury Crate myself, I can't change the GPU modes (the ones on the right).

I had the same problem after the latest Armory Crate Control Interface update about a week ago.  Previous threads have said to hold down the power button until the computer shuts off forcing a hard shutdown.  I did not believe it would work but it did.
