Armoury Crate GameFirst Error

Hey there, since i installed Armoury Crate latest version 5.7.9.0, when i try to start GameFirst application it always errors with Code: "5" what does it mean? Can anyone help? Here is the screenshot of that error.

Same problem, error 5 normal and no admin access and it doesn't let "install" here i have no idea but i can't find solution anywhere, someone help pls
