I am having the same issue when trying to install Armoury Crate after a fresh Windows 11 24H2 (re)installation.
The first time there was no issues whatsoever but due to some concerns I did a fresh reinstallation and Armoury Crate, this time, failed to be installed and was showing Error 4141 as you did.
I am not sure if this is a Windows-related issue or an Armoury Crate-related one. I couldn't find any useful articles on ASUS support page regarding the error code and the log that was generated by the log tool was encrypted and unreadable and I had no idea where to send it to. The support page was such chaos.
The problem lies with the MSI and EXE packages that were being installed and they took longer than usual and that's probably why the installer failed.
I managed to get Armoury Crate to install all the needed files, installing the files one by one.
Windows Installer was preparing those files and was stuck at Preparing for minutes and installing for minutes and I didn't understand why. I thought I had a broken Windows Installer but the phenomenon was only observed when using .msi packages and .exe packages from Armoury Crate. That's the strangest thing.
TL;DR:
You have two options to install Armoury Crate at the moment:
Option 1: Navigate to Asus folder of your Program Files or all the possible ASUS folders to install essential packages like AURA SDK and what is displaying on the screen, search for it and manually install them. You may also need to extract and install those files generated from some "...once..." folder until the list of your "updates" are installed.
Option 2: Completely reinstall, again, Windows 11.

Thanks for the reply but even installing the manual packages doesn't work and at this point do I have to reformat Windows? also nobody talks about it

Yeah, we are having exactly the same issue.
I think formatting and reinstalling Windows helps, but backing up is just as painful. For me personally, I will try and make installing Armoury Crate the first thing to do when doing a fresh installation of Windows.
Are you also on Windows 11 24H2?
To manually install "Aura lighting effect addon", search: AuraLayerManagerSetup.msi, AuraLayerManagerSetupx64.msi and install them.
For the HAL, you need to install every single .exe in that folder.
If it helps at all, when you click "install", the temp folder will generate all the files needed and create a "ACOnePackageTemp" folder that has all the files that need to be installed.
Finding which installers for the list is so painful and I hope you will finally get there. You are so close. 🙂
If Windows Installer hangs, try to stop the service. The fact that you will have to stop the service to manually install Armoury Crate dependencies is so wrong...

I tried installing it manually but it still doesn't detect the RGB devices. I'm going crazy. How is it possible that such a prestigious brand doesn't adapt this program?

I formatted the PC again but nothing to do, always error 4141

... This is highly unexpected and I didn't think it would come to this and Armoury Crate is such a mess inside... 😞
