Armoury crate error 4102 every time I try to install

Just bought a ROG Strix Scope II 96 Wireless keyboard and I'm trying to install Armoury crate without success. I'm continuously getting error 4102. I'm on Windows 10 still and have run the exe in Admin mode and added the exe to be allowed by my AV software and still same problem. Using ArmouryCrateInstaller 3.2.11.2.

Any ideas on how to solve this? Thanks

I’ll try when I get home, but I already did the 4 steps you mentioned but am on windows 11 24H2(unsupported hardware) I used to use AC Gear but it was also getting messy usually not displaying temps on my azoth fixing itself in the evening for some reason. I will first try again the steps you mentionend and if nothing helps I’ll eventually try the full installer and see what happens. 

EDIT: small update on the situation, I cleaned every bit of Armoury Crate Gear with Revo Unistaller then proceed to go with full installation, it takes a while guys just be patient, at the end of the installation every device was updated without any issue and everything is working fine. My only little concern is that I can monitor the temperature of my AORUS GTX 1080ti but cannot see the usage. No big deal thou.

To all who has issues with Armory crate use this tool from this github for uninstalling everything like leftovers, services etc etc...it will clean it like a new windows install, then install armory crate from full package, not the automatic lite install because that will update to latest version  5.9.13.0 or 1 which has lot of issues like device not found, light sync issues etc...the 5.9.9.0 is perfect as of now... I got this solution from a reddit post created 5 years ago for the same issue and from the recent comments some one posted about this awesome tool...
