I have been having this dilemma since before 2024 came in. I just built a new rig and not getting any good results. Armoury Crate has been reinstalled for I forgot already how many times, followed all proper process but still to no avail.
Main issue: AC can pretty much do all other functions except for a few.
Logging in AC cannot proceed as this page is stuck.
In the devices tab, when you select a device, it doesn't load up and simply show you blank page
Steps done:
Installed fresh OS (win10 Home, win10 Pro, win11, win11 Pro) like literally CLEAN INSTALL brand new computer.
Installed AC, reinstalled, used uninstall tool. tried using old version of AC installer, installed latest installer, tried using full installer version.
Mobo BIOS updated to 3404(downloaded directly from ASUS website)
Updated to latest AMD chipset driver(tried both drivers from ASUS website and AMD website)
I'm almost at the point of giving up and getting this new Asus rig i newly built returned for refund.

ROG Strix B550-F Wifi II
Gskill Trident Neo 4000mhz
ROG Strix 4070 OC
ROG Ryujin III 240mm AIO
ROG 850w Thor II PSU
Samsung 990 Pro 1TB
