Hi everyone,
I’m using the ROG Ryuo IV SLC 360 ARGB cooler and facing the same issue — Armoury Crate does not detect the device at all.
- The cooler is fully functional and detected by ASUS InfoHub.
- USB connection is confirmed and working.
- Device Manager shows no ASUS AIO Device.
- Armoury Crate is updated to v6.3.4.0 but no module is downloaded.
- Tried reinstalling Armoury Crate and removing InfoHub — no change.
It seems ASUS has not released a module for this cooler yet.
I’ve submitted a support ticket requesting official Armoury Crate support for Ryuo IV SLC.
If anyone else is facing this, please comment — maybe ASUS will prioritize it.

As far as I know, Asus has not released a specific module for this cooling system, until now.

Very strange, how did it work for you if there is no software module that supports cooling?? The Armoury Crate software does not recognize the cooling? Is there no software module for this cooling? It is identified with the dedicated software that comes with the cooling system, including a firmware update. There is no way the software recognized the cooling as a Device in the Armoury Crate software!!

Did Armoury Crate detect the cooling in Devices? What is the operating system and what version? Send a screenshot confirming that Armoury Crate detected the cooling system in the Devices category. What you sent does not indicate anything, it works exactly the same for me too... You need to check if there is a module in Armoury Crate that supports cooling... and I am sure that it does not exist for you... because Asus Global did not release a module for this type of cooling. Open forums and read that there is no detection of Armoury Crate in cooling.

Sorry mate, looks like I misunderstood. Info Hub was working for me perfectly with the cooling. I assumed the device was seen in Armoury Crate but guess I was wrong. May have been mistaken as it appears in the registered products section of Armoury Crate. It doesn't help me ascertain why the screen stopped working today though and all of a sudden it is "Not Connected" in Info Hub

Everything is fine dear brother. It is clear that it will work through info Hub, this is the software that controls the cooling hardware. In fact, if Armoury Crate would identify the system through a special software module for this cooling system like it identifies any other Asus hardware in accordance with a dedicated hardware module, then it would be easier to control the cooling through the Armoury Crate and more options would open up for the cooling. We will wait and see when Asus wakes up, the engineers there. In any case, you have a problem identifying the software in front of the cooling, check if there are any updates available and if not, consider even uninstalling and reinstalling.
