I have an Asus Tuf A15 FA507NU laptop. About 6 months ago, the motherboard was replaced, and since then, my device image is no longer appearing on the main page of Armoury Crate. Armoury Crate recognizes the model of the device, but the image is not appearing. I did some research on my laptop. All the BIOS and DMI information was entered correctly, but the SKU number was missing. I contacted ASUS online chat a few times, but they told me not to worry about this. They said it was normal, but it was damaging for me in terms of the application experience. Can someone help me with how to fix this? Thank you.
