armoury crate - cant login user center

There was already a similar post, none of the solutions worked.
Error message:
The server is abnormal, please try again later.

The error has been occurring for several weeks.
The login is correct, I can log in to Asus.

I am receiving the same error message: Login failed The server is abnormal, please try again later.  Below are my details on my Prime Z790-P WiFi that remains under warranty until 30 Nov 2025.

Today there was an armory crate update and now the login works again.

MarcelleStolle:  That is NOT the case for me.  I too can log into Asus but receive the same message "Login Failed - The server is abnormal, please try again later." 

I have found that by clicking the "Add Another Account" button, and entering my regular Asus account credentials, I receive the message "Single Sign-On: Allow other ASUS software to use this account." and clicking OK, my account is logged in.  This is a server-side software (related to single-sign on) issue that HAS NOT been resolved. I should not have to fake my logon or enter it multiple times for this important platform.

I have the same issue but I'm trying to login for the first time ever so there is no "add another account" button
