I bought THETA 7.1 a few years ago and have been using it until now.
Since the launch of Win11 until now, I have always been unable to control my THETA 7.1 settings in Armoury Crate for a long time, and only a few updates have allowed THETA 7.1 to be used normally.
All buttons or settings of THETA 7.1 in Armoury Crate are ignored and cannot affect the sound properly, Even the bass is not working. Only the slider that controls the volume is working because it is synchronized with the volume of Win11.
I have tried numerous times to use the removal tool and then reinstall. Unplug the USB and plug it back in. Switch to Phone mode and then back to PC. I have also tried to run/install as an administrator.
No fix at all.
This headset costs over $210, but it has been a frustrating experience for several years because of this Armoury Crate. The driver software is a failure.
