Armoury Crate 6.3.6.0 keyboard lighting isuue

Dear team,

I have Asus ROG Flow Z GZ301VV on Windows 11 25h2 BIOS v.316

After updating Armoury Crate to latest version lighting on keyboard stoped working.

If I disconnect it an reconnect again lighting turns on, but Aura Sync is still not working with it, only standard modes.

Also, if I go to Armoury Crate - Devise - Lighting - Setting and turn off/on any switch lighting turns on.

But every time I rebooting or shutting down it stops working again and I always have to reconnect keyboard or turn on/off switch in AC lighting settings.

Uninstalling with Armoury Crate Uninstall tool and reinstallation again sis not resolved the issue.

Resetting all to defaults also took no effect.

Please let me know how to fix this issue.

UPDATE:

I made a System recovery to restore point on the day before Armoury crate update and it returned to version 6.3.4.

I found differences in:

• Asus Windows Dynamic Lighting plug-in 7.4.0.0
• Xbox 360 controller emulation 1.0.0.13
• Asus core SDK 2.01.45

And everything works fine on AC v.6.3.4 with this

UPDATE 2:

Unfortunately, it updated itself automatically even with blocked network connection in firewall.

And now after recovery it always starts with automatic update.

Looks like it is already downloaded cause after recovery I disconnecting wi-fi immediately.

So, I see solutions in:

1. Find and delete downloaded updates and disable update checking
2. Find Armoury Crate 6.3.4 installation package
3. Change Asus Windows Dynamic Lighting plug-in to previous version

I’ve faced same issue, even I tried to reset my entire windows 11. I’m using Asus ROG Z13 Flow GZ302E, the keyboard light after this update or this AC version caused my keyboard backlight not working. Need to detach and re-attach back the keyboard then lighted up. Which never encountered before.

I'll just bump the post because the problem has been persisting for the last month and no official fix was released yet even though it's such an annoying problem.

Yes, I've got same issue.

Everytime I've restart the laptop, I need to go to Armoury crate > Devices > Lighting > Settings > turn off and on and keyboard backlight will work.

Please Asus work fast to do bugfix for this

I am happy to say latest Armoury Crate update to v.6.3.9 fixes the keyboard lightning issue.

Plase feel free to check for updates and have a nice device usage.

Why I still not getting any 6.3.9 update version?? how to get it??

Run Armoury Crate, go to Settings (lower optoin on left table ), go to Update center and check for updates.

That worked for me.

If no new updates found, you can try to download latest AC version from Asus support site (check if it is updated already).

Also you can check for it in Microsoft store on your device.
