Armoury Crate 6.3.4.x - Designer no longer recognizing devices

Was recently prompted to update an App/Service within Armoury Crate. I had done this maybe a dozen times since last issues, so had started to trust the process again.

However - my RGB pattern suddenly went to stall (no color change)/default colors and would not resume even after restart(s). I went back into Armoury Crate under Aura Sync; all devices were listed/selected.

Then went to Aura Effects tab; my custom designs are no longer listed under Advanced Effects. I figured I would try to re-import them from saves so clicked Aura Creator button. Was prompted that Aura Creator needed to be updated so clicked "Continue" (?). Based on status messages, it connected to the Internet, did some "things" and prompted to relaunch. However, after doing so, it gave the same message about needing to be updated and continued to do so regardless of how many times I chose to proceed with the update.

Even after rebooting, the Aura Creator was stuck in an update loop.

So, I decided to uninstall and reinstall Armoury Crate. I first used the regular uninstall option for the app, then followed up with the Uninstall tool.

Then, I downloaded the latest published from ASUS and installed both Armoury Crate and Aura Creator. After a couple of updates, it looks like this was version 6.3.4.0 of Armoury Crate and 4.3.4 of Aura Creator.

Now, when I try to launch Aura Creator, it says "No Devices are Available". It suggests I "Update Now" which takes me to the Armoury Crate update center, but no updates are available. Again, all devices are listed under the Aura Synch panel/tab.

Even after reboots, no devices are appearing/available in Aura Creator.

I've had this sort of issue in the past after updates (even minor ones). Seems the testing-thoroughly-before-release process for Armoury Crate related software has fallen back into the old, low-quality state. C'mon ASUS - please fix this and up the quality of software accompanying your hardware.

Let me know if you want any details. I'll continue tinkering starting with another full uninstall to see if I can get humpty dumpty back together and working.

After a few rounds of uninstall and reinstall, I used the full package installer, then applied updates and finally installed Aura Creator. After this, I was able to get Aura Creator to launch and I was able to import my saved custom Aura patterns.

However, a few issues: 1) my memory is not a recognized device in Aura Creator (I've had this problem before after major updates were rolled out) and 2) even after I "Save and Apply", the pattern does not work (no change) and is still not listed in the Advanced Effects dropdown on the Aura Sync/Aura Effects dialog.

I am suspecting there is an incompatibility in the latest Armoury Crate and the current version of Aura Creator. They aren't communicating/working together.
