When updating to AC 6.2.7.0, it gives the error "Installation failed". In the security application, it says to add the application "AsusUpdate.exe" to the white list. I add the file "AsusUpdate.exe" to the white list, but nothing changes and it gives an error. I am attaching the images related to the error. I request that this problem be resolved.

Same problem can’t get the software to work I have tried using the uninstall tool that’s done nothing to fix the issue. Is there any information issue with the ROG Live Service no updates being found nothing.

The error 0x80072EE2 in Armoury Crate usually indicates missing or corrupted Microsoft .NET Runtime components. Therefore, repair or reinstall it.
It could also be that the Asus update servers are currently not accessible without errors, which is causing this error, as your message also mentions "internet." Unfortunately, I don't speak your language and therefore can't fully read the error message in the screenshot.

Although I wasn't getting any error message and it just sat on "initializing", reinstalling Microsoft.NET runtime components worked for me. Thank you very much 😁

Similar issue for me. When I go to install the update it just sits on "initializing".

The fix for me was to go into windows control panel select programs and features and enable .net framework 3.5. I read about this solution on this forum somewhere and it fixed the issue

I'm curious to see when the update 6.2.7.0 will be available and how it will work for me.
But currently, there's no sign of it. It's probably being rolled out in waves again.

My PC launches the 32 bit version of the Asus Updater Module when I try to update this file, but my system is 64 bit. Does that matter? Where is the 64 bit version?
