Armoury Crate 6.1.13 How to adjust Cores

Prior versions of AC allowed me to specify amount of E- and P cores to use for power saving capabilities. 

Unable to locate in 6.1 hoping for a little direction.

Same here please.  Where is the setting to adjust the P-Cores and E-Cores?
