After a clean installation of version 6.1.13.0, everything works fine, but Aura Creator does not recognize the laptop as a device. The strange thing is that it correctly detects the ROG Gladius 2 mouse, but not the laptop. Can anyone help?

Hard to say, I got the response that they are not recommending using both light sync system at the same time. So I bought that fin kit to remove the light from unsync. Honestly, dominator fin kit looks nice and I probably will keep using that in case ROG did something strange later and break the sync again!

Hi
I had the same problem.
To solve it, I just need to restart the "CorsairDeviceControlService" service which, as stated in the description, is: "Service for controlling CORSAIR devices by third-party clients"
However, this should be done after every reboot. To get around this, just create a Task in Windows (I used the NET command to stop and then start the aforementioned service) that starts at startup with a few seconds delay, after the ASUS "Lighting Service" has already started.

Thanks for this, I spent the last 2 hours troubleshooting. Should have learned my lesson last time, if it aint broke dont update it especially when its RGB.
Confirm service restart restores RAM rgb. Threw a scheduled task in, and wait for a fix i guess.

Go to "task scheduler" and create a new task.
Choose the name you want (i've used "restart corsair") and follow the screen below.

useless response, it aint nothing to do with dynamic lightning as it was working perfectly before the UI update of Armoury Crate
