Armoury Crate 5.9.9.0

Hello Asus Team,

After 2 new uninstallations/installations ( with asus uninstaller ) i always get an error that the rog live service hasnt started and so im not able to see in the update center from armoury crate which components i have installed

 im not able to update anything because the device and componentlist is empty.

with 5.9.4.0 i dont have these problems 

the point is ...that armoury crate updates automatically to the new version when i start the program or over the  microsoft store.

it seems something in this new update brokes AC now

tested on 2 systems same problem.

any solution for this ?

edit: i found out  via windows event logger that my system cant find ROG Live service no more since update and so it cant start.

i think thats the problem

is there a way to install rog live service seperate ?

You can turn off auto updates in MS store

update:

finally i managed to run the new version by uninstalling a third time AC and reinstalling the the armoury crate full installation package which after install makes an update to 5.9.9.0

now  it works

mods can close this thread if ya want.
