Think is best to have single thread giving information to asus about the issues with the new armory crate:

after the new update cant acess the keyboard page via wireless or wired (using asus Z690 maximus extreme)

just keeps loading and error message 2006

My device is GU603ZX( i9+3080Ti )，Armoury Crate said that I must enable Discrete Graphics to connect the External monitor:confused:

In fact，when I disable Discrete Graphics and close Armoury Crate，the Thunderbolt still can output screen without Discrete Graphics，only DP requires it.

After this error if you restart the Windows system and you re-run ArmouryCrateInstallTool without uninstalling anything still have this error message?

Hi All,

I have Armoury Crate 5.1.5.0 installed with a Z690 Hero board and I thought it was all working fine. However, I've noticed that drivers and BIOS in the 'Tools' section of the software is not showing that updates are available. For example, there is a new BIOS out (1505 from memory) but Armoury Crate says that no update is available - I have 1403. Does anybody else have this issue or a suggestion for a fix? I can do the updates manually of course, but the updates were the main reason I installed the software.

By the way, the Update Centre in the 'Settings' section of the software is working fine, so I don't think it is a firewall issue.

PS Any known issues with BIOS 1505?

This is a legacy section of armoury crate, there is no win64 flash software for the z690 series, and i believe there won't be as the default Windows 11 configuration doesn't allow for spi drivers.

Hello, it's normal AC only offers component updates from the hardware release period.
Put the support and download page for your hardware on the Asus site in the Favorites of the internet browser, for example, because that's where you get the most recent updates.

I recently updated my amoury crate and now none of my hardware is being detected by armouory crate i just keep getting this error i have tried uninstalling it with the uninstaller tool and re-installing it but there has been no luck, i dont understand it worked flawlessly before i updated it 😞 can anyone help me and has anyone had the same issue as me?

Look at how many people have issues with Assus ROG motherboards: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1a6xAsaip4c&ab_channel=RPMDesigns

They simply don't care and that reflects for years now on their motherboards.

Even an rep on this forum calls all these issues: "incidental" in my DM , that means they never gonna fix it because not enough people have problems with it..

My only advice can be, sell or return your ROG motherboard and get something that works like Gigabyte or MSI because this is unacceptable at this price point.
Already 5 people i build systems for declined to use ROG motherboard dude to several issues. Even retail stores are fed up with Assus ROG motherboards as they have to deal with high rate of returning's or RMA procedures because customers cannot use their motherboard as intended.

The only answer you get from here is to fill our a form and we will get back at you.. Really? I filed a form 2 years ago and never heard back from Assus.. I am done and NEVER buy ROG motherboard ever again. Its overpriced and they do not deliver the performance they promise.
