ARMORY vs CORSAIR DDR5 (no device)

Hello everybody.

I'm new here (never installed AC) but now wanted to use it with my memories.

My setup is Z690 Formula + Mem Corsair Dominator RGB DDR5.
I installed the latest versions (Win11 Pro clean install) of AC, Aura, iCue, etc......(installation date Dec-21/2021)

None of the software sees Corsair memories.

Could anyone advise me?

According to the steps, you may have to uninstall Armoury Crate. Use the Armoury Crate uninsttall tool from the ASUS Support Center.

Select your operating system and click show all.

After restarting, a warning appeared for me to open the AC in the search tab (addressable connectors) because CORSAIR memories had been detected.

Entering the MB tab (addressable connectors) 3 GEN1 connectors appear (which do not make any reference to memories or Corsair)......even so, I configured the AURA effect and only changes the MB and CPU leds (EWKB RGB). MEM Corsiar remains unchanged.

PS.: I discovered solution. Must install 4.18.218 iCUE software and and follow what he teaches in this video.

do you achieve to control your DDR5 with AC or with iCUE?

I can't get AC to show my DDR5, only thought iCUE, but all my RGB devices are in AC.

I suggest you to try artemis rgb. Very powerful tool. And seems like all problems with asus rgb provider were fixed (maybe without keyboard).
