They continue with the same uselessness of the application, IT DOES NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM WITH THE NON-DETECTION OF THE KINGTON BRAND RGB RAM CARDS

If you ASUS and DEVELOPERS OF INUTILITY have any problem with the KINGTON BRAND, IT IS YOUR PROBLEM, but it is not my problem, since until the previous INUTILITY 5.7.3.0, everything worked correctly. And on the BRAND's WEB pages they say that they are compatible with ASUS AURA SYNC.

To fix my GSkill RAM not detected, I had to uninstall AC, restart PC, download the stand-alone installer for AC, Install AC with the full package and then let it update after that. Hope that helps you. After one of the updates, my RAM stopped working again...  I found out it was the update for my motherboard that messed up the RAM.

Same problem, problem is contınue after Armoury Crate v5.7.6.0. I cannot control the RGB of my RAM. My RAM's information is below.

Install the Trident Z & Trident Z5 Family - Lighting Control Software from GSKill and start Armory Crate once. It should then find your RAM. Then test whether you can control the RGB. If that works, you can uninstall the vopn GSkill software again. The RAM should still be controllable. At least some users with the same problem report it in various forums.

PS: I had to do something similar with my Corsair RAM. Only when I installed the Corsair ICue software did Armory Cfrate find my RAM.

Thanks for your answer, but I have never installed that application (Lightning Control Software from G.Skill) before and the ram RGBs were working. I don't think it's about it. Also, I do not want to install more than one program on the computer, sometimes even if you delete it, traces of the installed program may remain.

Who says you should install software that isn't for your Kingstom RAM? My statement concerns the GSKill RAM from emkdrl07. I replied to his post and spoke to him directly.
