Hi ,
I have been facing this bug in Armoury crate since around a month and a half where after switching to Eco mode on my Zephyrus 2022 GA503RM, CPU usage for the Armory crate service starts hovering around ~ 20%. This is causing high temperatures and battery drain. The cpu usage becomes low once I switch back to Standard mode for the GPU. Hope this is fixed soon.
Regards,
Prannoy

In that case I will request you to officially report an issue too with the log as it can possibly help the Asus team resolve the issue faster.

Hi, i've been facing this issue for months, the only solution i found was to complete stop from starting nvidia containers services. Did you found any other solutions?

Yes, disabling nvconainer service seems to resolve this issue. But I am not sure how important it is to have nvconainer running or whether not having it running causes any performance issues. Still waiting for this issue to be actually fixed the correct way.

Yes, this disabling nvcontainer service resolved the issue but caused a new one 😶- I am unable to game now without my laptop overheating and throttling. I usually played on silent mode on dgpu and the FPS used to locked at 60 and gpu power at 55 watts. But this is not happening anymore with the nvcontainer disabled. When are these ppl going to fix it!

Does the latest update(v.5.9.4) of Armory crate solve this issue?

I've just checked that. No fixes. I created 5-6 tickets to asus due to this problem, all the time they say it is normal 🙂

Its a pity Asus cant solve an issue in a software for its own products. But I happened to try G-helper, as I was fed up of this issue, and found it quite good.

I use it for long time. But somehow with AC games and everything else runs more stable and fluent. G-helper is good, but for me AC is a little better
